Delivery Process

• Once payment is confirmed, service begins within 1–3 business days
• Clients will receive reports and updates by email
• All services are delivered via digital format (PDFs, spreadsheets, or email reports)

Timelines

• Basic Plan: 5–7 business days
• Silver & Gold Plans: 7–14 business days
• Platinum Plans: Up to 21 business days

Client Duties

Clients must respond to requests and provide access or feedback to avoid delays. Failure to respond within 10 business days may pause or cancel delivery.
